Peran Media Instagram sebagai Media Komunikasi Pemasaran Bisnis Online (Store_Fashion_Favorite)
Abstract
Instagram is one of the communication media that is currently present in the midst of society. Instagram is currently used not only to share photos and videos, but can be used as a place for advertising and promotion for everyone. For example, one of the accounts that uses instagram as a source of income and marketing is the @Store_Fashion_Favorite account. This account contains goods that sell various women’s/men’s goods such as dothes, bags, shoes and other, as well as neoessities such as fumiture for boarding/college children and so on. This is influential because, where the customers are scattered everywhere, this is thanks to the communication media, namely Instagram which is the main marketing place. The purpose of this study is to find out how the level of @Store_Fashion_Favorite’s income and the use of instagram as a medium in online sales at the store. This study also aims to see if Instagram can indeed be an online sales business field. The research was conducted using research obtained through online and offline questionnaires. Where the theory and material come from the account in question @Store_Fashion_ Favorite and research theories from previous sources.
