Hubungan antara Literasi Digital dan Kinerja Pegawai dalam Era Transformasi Birokrasi di Kesbangpol Kabupaten Solok Selatan
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the relationship between digital literacy and employee performance at Kesbangpol Kabupaten Solok Selatan during the bureaucratic transformation era. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was adopted, involving all employees (N=20) through total sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire measuring digital literacy and employee performance levels. Spearman’s analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between digital literacy and employee performance (rs = 0.68, p < 0.01). These findings indicate that enhancing digital literacy significantly contributes to optimizing employee performance in local government settings. This outcome is crucial for policymakers in designing strategies to develop civil servants' digital competencies to support bureaucratic reform agendas.
