Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas Instrumen Kinerja Guru dengan Confirmatory Factor Analysis

Abstract


One of the important factors that influence teacher performance assessment is the selection of the right performance assessment instrument. In addition to good measurement instruments, the analysis tool used to determine the measurement results is also a factor that cannot be ignored. Validity and reliability are measures that can be used to determine whether the measuring instrument used is functioning properly and producing reliable measurements. This study aims to measure the validity and reliability of teacher performance data in private elementary schools managed by the Buddha Foundation in the areas of Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, and Bekasi. The method used in this study is a survey method with a population of 355 teachers and using 201 samples determined by the cluster random sampling technique. The data were processed using the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) method. Data processing in this study used the help of the Lisrel version 8.8 program. The results of the analysis using the confirmatory factor analysis method concluded that the data used in measuring teacher performance already had good validity and reliability.
