Kualitas Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Buddha pada Program Dhammaclass di Sekolah Minggu Buddha Vihara Sian Jin Ku Poh Tonjong

Abstract


The problem in this study is the lack of knowledge about the quality of learning in Buddhist Education at the Dhammaclass Program at Sian Jin Ku Temple High School Poh Tonjong. The purpose of this study was to describe the quality of learning in Buddhist Education at the Dhammaclass program at the Sian Jin Ku Monastery in Poh Tonjong.   This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this research were Buddhist Education teachers who taught the Dhammaclass program, administrators, and Sian Jin Ku Poh Temple SMB students. The object of this research is the quality of learning in Buddhist Education in the Dhammaclass program at the SMB. This research was conducted from April to June 2019. Data was collected using data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used were observation and interview guidelines. The validity technique of the data used is the credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability test. The data analysis method used is the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification.         The results of this research are: (1) Dhammaclass planning stage refers to the quality of learning; (2) The implementation stage of Dhammaclass learning refers to the quality of learning; and (3) The Dhammaclass assessment stage refers to the quality of learning.
